CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Bookings are considered provisional until confirmed in writing and guaranteed with a credit card number.
A full cancellation charge of 100 percent of the first nights room rate will be charged for non-arrivals or for bookings cancelled within the cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is from 2pm, 48 Hours prior to date of arrival. Any bookings within the cancellation period whose dates are amended to outside the cancellation period will retain the original booking and cancellation dates.
Rooms that are booked for more than one night will be released in the event of a non-arrival on the first night - see also above, re cancellation charges.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Credit cards:
We welcome Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, and Diners.
Cash-Cheques:
We accept personal cheques up to the limit of your current cheque guarantee card. Any other cheques must be presented for clearance not less than 10 working days before the event.
Accounts:
Arrangements should be made at least one month in advance if you require your account to be forwarded direct to your company.
Credit Terms strictly 14 days.
Travel Agent Vouchers:
Can only be accepted by prior arrangement.
